Course Overview

This comprehensive course is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the culinary industry as a professional caterer, cook, or chef. In partnership with Alhikma Polytechnic and APN Education Services, this course provides hands-on training, theoretical foundations, and industry insights to prepare students for a successful career in the culinary arts.
